Advantage Contracting Group is a family owned business with over 70 years of experience our journey began in the late 60’s when our father migrated from his home town to Mexico City where he became a construction worker.  After that, we became Local 225 journeyman and later a contractor, building many high-end homes for many politicians and well renowned tv personalities. 

 

At an early age our father used to take us to the job sites and teach us the trade then on the early 90’s we moved to Chicago where we joined the laborers union on the environmental field.

 

We were part of many important projects first as laborers and as project managers on many environmental jobs such as asbestos and lead removal as well as many demolition projects.  Such projects include 

Soldiers field renovation in 2001, Midwest generation power plants in Iowa and Nebraska and a few local power plants and many school projects in the state of Illinois.
